The lads were incredibly helpful and provided a super-fast service for my son after his bike was stolen the night before. Excellent experience from start to finish. The owner stands out straight away, he treats you like he genuinely wants your business, which is rare compared to most bike shops I’ve been in. The service itself is top class and very good value. I’ve had my MTB serviced plenty of times elsewhere, but this is the first time I’ve gotten it back and it actually feels like a brand new bike. Fairly poor service sorry to say, went to buy a bike, the person I dealt with wasn't even listening to me. He didn't even ask what type I was looking for or budget etc. I did mention to him the website doesn't actually work, not one Hyperlink was usable, essentially website = Broken. Shame for a local business. I did buy a bike in Lucan, I won't mention the competitions name , but very happy with it. Lucky to have Bike Worx as my LBS. Kind people, they know their stuff and have always been helpful and supportive. No pushy sales tactics which is refreshing. I've seen them push to repair over replace which is commendable. Little acts like that show me who they are. They serviced my Cannondale ebike, which I didn't originally buy from them, and it runs better than before it went into them (they service Bosch motors), consider me thoroughly impressed. They remember me, my bikes and ask how bits worked out for me. Good pricing, very fast on repairs and they keep you informed throughout. Decent selection of pretty much any accessory you can imagine. Consistent over the years, dependable, reliable. At the time of this review they have some glorious Bianchi models in stock.
